We begin this New Year with dampened enthusiasm and dented optimism. Our happiness is diluted and our peace is threatened by the financial illness that has infected our families, organizations and nations. Everyone is desperate to find a remedy that will cure their financial illness and help them recover their financial health. They expect the financial experts to provide them with remedies, forgetting the fact that it is these experts who created this financial mess.

Every new year, I adopt a couple of old maxims as my beacons to guide my future. This self-prescribed therapy has ensured that with each passing year, I grow wiser and not older.

This year, I invite you to tap into the financial wisdom of our elders along with me, and become financially wiser.

Hard work : All hard work bring a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.

Laziness : A sleeping lobster is carried away by the water current.

Earnings : Never depend on a single source of income. (At least make your Investments get you second earning)

Spending : If you buy things you don't need, you’ll soon sell things you need.

Savings : Don’t save what is left after spending; Spend what is left after saving.

Borrowings : The borrower becomes the lender's slave.

Accounting : It’s no use carrying an umbrella, if your shoes are leaking.

Auditing : Beware of little expenses; A small leak can sink a large ship.

Risk-taking : Never test the depth of the river with both feet.

(Have an alternate plan ready )

Investment : Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

I’m certain that those who have already been practicing these principles remain financially healthy. I'm equally confident that those who resolve to start practicing these principles will quickly regain their financial health.

Let us become wiser and lead a happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful life.

Japan Visa Application ~~

Arghhh...its vey difficult to get Visa for travelling to Japan...
Lots and lots of procedure, my shcedule for Fukuoka trip would be 26/09/09 but due to the complexity of the procedure, everything is now being postponed till October.

If no Visa then, it would be hell for me when I arrived at Fukuoka airport. Some of them is not english(eigo) spoken, so imagine your life in an alien planet. I only know a bit of japanese language, (nihongo).

Hotel already booked, flight ticket booked, but...Visa... hahaha at least takes 3 to 5 working days for application and approval.. OMG ~~ could they be more efficient than this.
Visa application need more document than ever, this is becaused Japan goverment is now having a major issue with illegal immigrant which came to Japan to work and stay in Japan illegally. Their numbers is increasing day by day....

Its sucks...why because of them, we as the normal people need to suffer for all the paperwork and twisted procedures just for Visa application.

Pulau Perhentian Photo and Video ~~ Boss Trip !

Hello People, Here is the photos from last Perhentian Trip with my boss and his wife. What a tiresome journey it is. Well at least i am having fun despite the seasick which make me vomit all the delicious food that we ate for the whole trip~~ what a shame. LOL, but now I know, me myself have a seasick and I am not sure if I am into Island trip again. Hahaha...please view all the nice photos of our trip taken from all over the island. Pulau Perhentian Vacation Cost !

Hello people,

The whole week I have been dealing with travel agents for the best deal @ packages for Pulau Perhentian vacation. But before I proceed with the tips, please remember ;

DO NOT PLAN YOUR VACATION TRIP LAST MINUTE !

If not you'll spend more money and you will be surprised how the travel agent will markup their price when they know you are desperately need the packages. LOL, by the way it is not my fault to plan this late. It was my Japanese Boss, Minoda-san.

Well, the world already know that the Japanese are the best tourist in the world in terms of attitude, experience and well-mannered. But this time, he suddenly decides for a trip and I, as his unofficial personal assistant have to plan and arrange everything by last breath.

The last minutes plan cost me RM 2457 for 3 persons including

Well, if I plan this trip last week it would be cheaper. :P

Tips Rumah Sewa - Taman Lestari Puchong

Hari ni genap 2 bulan duduk rumah baru kat Lestari Puchong, sewa rumah pun belum bayar lagi, so hari ni just nak share information pasal Taman Lestari Puchong.

Tips ni untuk sesiapa yang berminat atau sedang mencari rumah sewa area Seri Kembangan.

Taman LEP ini boleh dikatakan paling sesuai untuk orang yang bekerja di Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, PJ, Puchong, Shah Alam. Juga famous untuk student UPM, MMU dan kolej-kolej swasta yang berdekatan. Foreign student juga banyak yang pilih untuk tinggal di area-area sini,terutama dari Arab Saudi,Jordan,Nigeria,Indonesia,Iran dan etc.

Kenapa ramai orang pilih Taman LEP dan juga taman-taman lain berdekatan Equine Park ni?, sebab ada Jusco Mall, dan tak lama lagi Giant pun akan di buka.

Dan yang paling best ialah kos sewa, rate untuk sewa sebuah rumah di LEP boleh dikatakan murah berbanding kawasan-kawasan residential lain. Sebuah rumah teres 2 tingkat, 4 bilik dan 3 bilik air boleh disewa pada range 450-600 sebulan.
